Foreign companies bidding on projects in China are often unaware of some of the minefields and pitfalls, as well as some of the more subtle differences, between Chinese and international tendering processes. There are cultural, ideological, and practical differences between these processes which often lead to unsuccessful - and unexplained - results for foreign companies bidding in China.

Therefore, in order to enhance a company's realistic chances for a successful bid on a project in China, China Channel adds a bidding team into the process. This team is made up of people who understand the intricacies, requirements, and expectations of the Chinese buyer. Their efforts entail lobbying at all relevant government and business levels. We employ local lobbyists who are familiar with and have access to authorities and relationships which are critical to the success of any particular bid.

Our bid teams will work with you to become familiar and conversant with your product or service. They will then lend their support, expertise, and wealth of experience in creating projects in China to help you achieve a successful bid result and win your desired contract.

We ask that you give us at least one month's notice prior to the need to mobilize a bid team, in order that we may have substantial added value in the decision-making process of the Chinese buyer.
